I couldn't tell exactly what buttons you were using, but how about picking up some thrift store items very cheap but with lots of buttons?

My quilt ended up being 44 x 64 but I would definitely add 2 1/2 inches on to each side of the vertical panels(the ones with the funny trees) - mine were 10 1/2 inches wide and it was a bit touchy getting the trees to fit on nicely and I think for a quilt 48 inches wide would be a lot better. Oh, well, live & learn

LOVE THIS! I want to make a row Christmas quilt, and this is so cute! Doing one of these for MYSELF is on my to-do list... Yours is precious.

Good idea, I was trying for stars for all the trees but for the snowman & reindeer eyes I could likely find some tiny enough black ones.
Thanks again for all the comments.

Cute Cute Quilt. I just love your 'downsized' quilt. I bought the same pattern from fatcatpatterns.com & even bought all of the background fabric. Figured I could work on it after Christmas. Got to say I LOVE the way you trimmed down on the size. Maybe I can get it done before Christmas now that I have an idea of how to make it smaller.
