    I would never have thought of a gray border for a purple quilt, but I must say it works beautifully. Very nice job for a "first". You are officially a piecer, when you get it quilted, you will join the rest of us in our obsession!

    Nice job, purple is one of my favorite colors,, and I especially love your fabrics as well as using grey in the border, nice touch.
