    awesome job! i love the grey around them... almost looks like sweat pants to go with that comfy looking t-shirt.. quilt!! hehe well done thanks for sharing!

    very nice and I like that the quilt isn't done in perfectly aligned blocks and rows.

    I tied it. I just don't trust myself to FMQ something that big yet. Plus I didn't want anything to block the shirts. I used matching embroidery floss & tied every 6"~ Warm & White batting said to go up to 10" so it should be safe. Also I put fray check on the floss as well as on the holes the needle made. A few of these shirts were old ('87!) so I wanted to be extra careful. I am a hand quilter so this wasn't my style but the customer was happy.She didn't appreciate/know the difference of tying/machine quilting/hand quilting. LOL she just wanted 'something' done with the shirts!
