    It's beautiful. In fact, I like the quilting so much, I'd like to ask you a question... I'm a new quilter who cannot figure out how to quilt diagonally and get it straight. Is there a trick? Draw on it with marking pencil, perhaps?

    I am also a new quilter and cannot do straight lines unless I draw them on first. I used a regular pencil to draw my lines on. I don't believe it is recommended, but most of them did come out in the wash. I didn't draw too dark. I wasn't really sure what to use to mark the lines since the colors in the quilt are real light. I sometimes use one of those purple disappearing pens but it disappears to quickly-within a couple minutes. The blue side I found becomes permanent if you iron it. I also used a walking foot. It helped a lot.
