    Love your feathers. How did you mark them and did you do them on a long arm?

    I used a plastic template I purchased and marked with a very cheap Bic pencil on the white and with a chalk pencil on the colored parts. I only marked three or four half circles at a time. I would lay it flat, press and mark it. I stitch on my Bernina 630 (no long arm here). Pressing often kept the back perfectly flat, with no puckers.

    It's amazing. Very striking, and I love your feathers. I have not mastered feathers yet. I'm good with spirals, but I need to expand.
