    ......now the fruit!?

    The broccoli was quite tricky but since it is DGS favorite veggie I had to make one. Hope he recognizes it.
    And I am sure that he doesnt mind that the scale is not perfect.

    lettucehead

    ended up making patatoes from knit used for dolls as cotton fabric did not work good

    I hope some of those last till he has kids so he can show them the toys he grew up with! you a VERY talented, this is the first time I looked at any of these posts, I'm sure glad I finally looked to see what you're doing!

    These are just awesome!! Your GS will love them. When my son was little I remember running all over the place trying to find "play food"--he loved playing "store". You have made something he'll have and cherish. I just love them!!

    I just showed these to DH and he remembers looking for plastic food one Christmas, too. Thanks for sharing the pics and showing us how to make them.
