    I love it too! She kept calling me saying....it's going to be too dark; it's not sized right; I'm running out of fabric; ....
    she really spread her wings and challenged herself. In the past she's done lots of baby/ kid quilts, which she tends to bring to me to do appliqué on ( create appliqué panel for center) then she added borders; she's made numerous French braid table runners so has French braids down .
    This one I didn't help at all ( except quilting it for her) now she is feeling much more confident and excited about making quilts.

    Some people have hidden talents just waiting to jump out and be expressed! Your sister is one of them. This quilt is wonderful in every way. I really like her use of the panel prints, piecing and color choice. I hope she makes many more quilts.

    Beautiful quil. The braid and flying geese in the colors you chose are very complimentary to the pictures.
