    Your quilt is fabulous. I'm sure they will love it. Sorry but I have not made pillow shams just pillow cases.

    I made shams for my 1st Log Cabin quilt and just used 2 blocks from the quilt for the fronts. The backs are easy envelope style. Check out those tuts on the above link! Good luck!
