    The Hexagons are 9 inches. no y seams, since I cut the hexagons in half. I was not bad, little harder lining them up since there were dog ears, but I got use to it, but did have some seam ripping time until I got use to it.

    Very nice! I think using half hexies is the smartest thing! I have this pattern on my to do short list. I bought some templates as I can't imagine all the extra work and frustration doing the "y" seams. Great job!
