It did turn out gorgeous. I would never had known that you had problems with the stars.

Is beautiful. I would add the borders just to give it a little extra material around and make it easier to square after is quilted.

Laura Blanchard ... Maybe this was just an exception in her designing. But, I won't do her designs again without checking all blocks out first carefully. I don't know if I would even try it again at all knowing what I know.

That is so cool. I love the patterns in the patterns. Great job.

It's beautiful! It does need an outer border though. That would finish it off nicely. Great job!!

I seldom do anything the way the designer does it. I figure they're only for inspiration and I'll go on from there and make it my own. If you want 1 border, 2 borders or more it won't matter. Do what you want to, do what ever it takes to make you happy with your creation---the designer is already happy with hers. ;) of course this is just my opinion. My other opinion is that your quilt is really pretty.

Wow-that's a beauty. I love your fabric, especially the one with the squiggly lines. You did a great job with any adjustments you had to make. Thanks for the picture. I agree another border would really finish it off. Please post again after you get if finished!

I like it but agree.. I hate going into something and finding it just doesn't quite work.. and yes.. I'd finish it with at least one order and maybe even a narrow then wider border.

YAY! Well done. . . [LOUD CHEER FROM YOUR NEIGHBOR STATE TO THE EAST] Looks like everything lines up nicely* and I really like the color combination.

*I'm not the quilt police, I just know what I like. So if you have any tiny problem areas that you fussed over in this quilt my advise is to just keep them a secret and nobody will ever know. ;-)
