    Regardless of the problems you experienced, it looks great.
    I think I would add a border on the outside of it, too. Probably that really dark color in the existing outside pieced border.

    In my opinion I think a border would frame it...like a picture. Most paintings look better framed...more "finished".

    Thank you all so much! I think maybe I should order more fabric and put a border on. I am thinking the dark, the light flower and the dark would finish it right. Like in the X blocks. I will figure it up and order tonight.

    It's beautiful! I agree with you, it could use a border. Maybe in black to make it look like it's floating.

    This quilt pattern is (maybe was) on my list to start next. However, I am a new quilter and would not know how to adjust the pattern to make it work. Would you happen to remember what you did so I would know in advanced, or should I just skip this and move on to something else?
