    If you ask me, writing in the triangle would make it more of an oddball twist. I think you've been very creative in fixing it; it looks like you did in on purpose already!

    Awww, you did a LOVELY job of covering up that little tiny mistake. :) I second (or third, or fourth) the idea of adding a few more ones somewhere if you really aren't happy with it...but honestly, it looks great as is. :)

    i think it gives the quilt personality and makes it individually hers.
    what i would be concerned about is wether is not the satin binding would fray between the stitches when it gets washed. maybe covering it would be a safer bet, with the same satin binding. how about wrapping it around the folded edge to cover the triangle completely? it would still be very much her own 'special' quilt.

    hmmm, hadn't thought about the fraying. I'll give this some thought, and may use your recommendation. Thank you.

    Very pretty, tell her the triangle is your special mark for her quilt and just add a triangle to any other quilts you make her in the future.

    I would do the name in purple, in the pink section of binding right above your V repair. Just a thought! Love the quilt! :thumbup: :-D
