    We, the dog and I had a vacation of sorts this week. I had never seen these quilts together and I kind of liked them. The dog found a bear.

    interesting grouping. but, i like it. go doggy. you def peeked my interest with your head liner. lol.

    The fire quilts are applique with tons of free motion embroidery. I wanted a smokey background because that really is all you see in the midst of fire, smoke and flames and black stuff.

    Free motion embroidery and applique from memory and my pictures. Fire in my opinion is a living breathing entity.
