    My son has been a volunteer firefighter for 10 years, He feels about firefighting the same as I feel about quilting. So to honor his passion I'm going to surprise him with this quilt for Christmas.

    Thank you for all your kind comments. The pattern was in "The Quilter Magazine" July 2009 edition and is called Garden Lattice. It was easy to make because a large portion of it can be strip pieced and cut.

    Very Nice Quilt.....I work for a Fire Dept. and was wanting to make a wallhanging and this would be a great idea. I've been collecting "fire dept" fabric for awhile.
