    I've been studying that for a long time thinking of a quilt. It isn't a painting the 'things' are raised up from a black shellacked finish board. It is really cool. It was given to him by a friend who is a graphic artist. The one above my head is a self-portrait done by my son.

    I love the sashing with this one. Also love the use of the alternative solid blocks (dark green).
