Thank you so much for you kind comments, yes it's going to take me awhile to get this completed but it will be worth it in the longrun, or at least I keep telling myself as I prick my finger with the needle. I just can't get to grips with using a thimble URGH!!!!!

I see what you are considering correcting, but the block as a whole is very good looking, and you have every right to take some bows and be proud of learning a new skill.

Thank you for your comments, I definately think I am going to rectify the block however I may leave it until all the blocks are complete as I have just started on block #2 LOL. Hopefully I'll get better as I go along, wish me luck

Thank you for your kind comments, you are too nice to me LOL. No there is no sashing inbetween the blocks, but a swag border which goes all around the top. :P

Thank you for your kind comments, I am hoping I will be able to zing along at a happy speed as well LOL. This is the first block of 9 of a BOM I purchased at a quilt show last year. It's from the book called "Home Sweet Home" by Barb Adams & Alma Allen of Blackbird Designs. I just adore their designs as I say they are so scrummy LOL. If you need more info drop me a PM. :P
