Good start, Nan, and kudoes for being brave and just doing it. Definitely takes a lot of practice to build muscle memory, get into a rhythm, remember to breathe and not hold a death grip on the fabric. It's getting more fun for me every time, but I was sweating on my first "real" attempt.

Thanks for all the kind words and kudos. It would be great to know that I've inspired some others to just go for it. The completed quilt was just posted here: Put your sunglasses on!
