    Oh, that is a beautiful quilt. You must keep it for yourself. It is KEEPABLE, and you should have it.

    The sashing was 2" finished width around each block, I believe. The outer sashing around the body of the quilt started at 3"black, then 2" assorted strips, 3" black repeated, 1.5" of gold abstract. Finished with 5" finished width of black. These are all finished measurements for the sashes. I found the FPP blocks needed the individual sashing around the edges to make it easier to square them up and not have them be skewed. Hope that helps. All the outside sashing was to make the quilt size what I wanted it to end up being.
