    Default First LapQuilt Finished

    Ladies and Gentlemen:

I am so excited I was able to finish the lap quilt I created for my daughter's Kindergarten teacher's mother. She had to let her husband go to a long-term care facility after a stroke about 2 1/2 months ago. I hope you like it.

To all those who helped with my cat, thanks he looks so much better with eyes and whiskers! I am in your debt!

    Evelyn

What a great thing to do. My favorite part of the quilt is the butterfly. I love butterflies

    Evelyn,
Your quilt is so amazing and you will be most admired by the ones you did this for.

Thank you for all your kind words. I know that my skills are limited but every piece makes me that much better. I am so glad you like it as much as I do. I loved making it. Now it's on to making placemats for my boyfriend's sister and possibly his mother as well.
