I made my first memory quilt for a friend's 60th birthday. I had to obtain family pictures in secret through her sister. I used a pattern called "City Blocks" available at a LQS and substituted pictures for some of the blocks. I framed the 5 larger pictures to make them look like--pictures in frames! I am so proud of this quilt and it was a huge hit at my friend's birthday party. This is also my 1st quilt posting!
