    Default First Modern Quilt

I found a pattern out of an older magazine and tore it out to save. Made the top and it just sat there for over a year. Finally got it sandwiched and quilted but of course I cannot find the pattern. Love the simplicity of the quilt. I backed it with flannel to make it cozy.

Very nice. Simple quilts can be very calming I think.

It looks very cozy. Thanks for posting. I think my 10 year old granddaughter would enjoy making a quilt like this, looks to be jelly roll friendly. I make my own jelly rolls out of my stash, especially some fabric that keeps getting passed over. Great quilt.
