    As usual your work is stunning and so inspiring. Thanks for the tip on needlemarking - I guess I missed it when you first posted it. I am going to try this marking method on the one I am working on now - I hate to mark the quilt before basting so never do and on this Irish Chain I had to unbaste the row I was working on so I can trace my feather heart design in the white square - so the next row I will try your method of needlemarking. Well, maybe not - question for you - the pattern I am using I got off the internet and printed it, and so it is paper - but if I put the paper on top and use the needle to retrace then I won't have to take the basting out and put paper underneath the top part, right?
