Looks great Pam! You are right about just needing to do it. Thinking about it too much can really slow you down. I love the hearts/curlicues. Very pretty!

Beautiful quilt, I am also admiring the back of your quilt top. Your seams are soooooo perfect, maybe someday mine will look like that (not very likely, but I can hope)

    Pam that looks great!

Hope you guys have fun at The Cotton Patch.

I have been meaning to check that place out sometime. I will probably buy my new sewing machine from them!

Oh it's looking good girl!!! i had a lady quilt two for me with a meandering stitch and she delivered them with about 1/3 of it showing where she had clipped threads and re-sewed, didn't remove them either. i had to do that. odd but true.
i think your quilting design is just fine and yep you can go back and do more on it later. great quilt and love the colors too.

I am sure I will have it done this weekend, hopefully even bound. I was looking at pantos last night and Sharon Schamber has some beautiful, but intricate, ones.

I realized something too... I have some of those blue plastic templates for blocks and borders and I wanted to use a block one for this quilt and actually marked one block. I then thought that I didn't want to mark 42 blocks! I didn't think that I could just lay the pattern on the table and follow it with the laser!! DUH!! I feel so much better now because I have some continuous line designs for blocks that I want to use.

This is my first time going to the Cotton Patch, ESQMommy has gone and invited me. If you ever want to go just give them a call and sign up. It is $10 (I think).

Wow... I can't believe that someone would do work like that and not fix it before giving it to you.
