    Default First quilt made in 2006
    Wanted to share a pic of my first quilt. Used some scraps left over from making various items and made up my own pattern. It has a flannel back and it is so comfortable.[ATTACH=CONFIG]414167[/ATTACH]

    Love your colors. I've never backed with flannel but I will have to do that. It sounds comfy!

    I love how you set the blocks on point and then filled in the edges with small squares. That is an idea I may have to try. I have backed quilts with flannel, and I agree that is makes for a very cozy quilt. Great job, and thanks for sharing.
