    Default First Rug

I saw the jelly roll rug tutorial on Youtube and ordered the precut batting strips. I cut thirty-four 2 1/2 inch strips because that's all I had. I was worried about curling, so I stitched slowly and steam ironed often.
Gonna try indoor/outdoor fabric for the next one.

That’s a pretty rug...you did a fantastic job, especially since it was your first time.

Great job on the rug. Pretty colors in your fabrics too.

Nice rug. I have never tried anything like this one. Beautiful colors in the jelly roll.

Good job on the rug. Makes me want to try again. I haven’t had luck with the ( not curling) part. ) guess I need to try slowing down and steam pressing. I love your colors.
