    I can see why your BIL liked it...and the responses we often get from our family and friends is what makes it all worth while...even if some quilts are more work than pleasure. : )

    That is really nice. It has a very clean and crisp look. Every year in the fall, I have customers come in wanting to make a T-Shirt quilt as a Christmas gift - and they have never made a quilt before! I try very hard to discourage them. But, if they insist, I spend a bit of time with them trying to explain some of the things that will cause them to scream and holler and hopefully help them thru it! I also have them watch QIAD's T-shirt quilt video. She does it nicely and has several versions. Unfortunately, there are so many garbage videos out there that it is so easy to confuse the beginner. Hopefully it helps them complete their project and not turn them away from quilting.
