Default First time I hired a long armer

I just finished putting the binding on this quilt. For the first time I took one of my quilt toppers to a long armer. I had a small arm surgery and would have found it very painful to quilt by myself so it was a wonderful luxury to have someone else quilt it as it is a gift for a dear friend of mine. The pattern is called Tumbleweed but I changed it slightly. I bought it as a kit from Craftsy - lovely fabrics!

Thanks! It is for a guy whose favourite colors are blue and brown so I hope he'll be happy with these colors.

I just love the quilt design she used. It looks like the windy action of the tumbleweed movement. She is good! I just love the fabrics you used. The designs on the fabrics are so perfect for this quilt.
I have used a long arm quilter many times. You are so right, it feels like such a luxury to skip that step.
