    ok its not perfect..I say this every time I post a picture of a finished project,...but honestly, I feel that I have learned from each and every one. So the fact that it is not perfect is ok with me! does this make me a lazy quilter? I gave this to my mom for christmas and she liked it.

    I think it's pretty and the quilting looks really good. I can see why your mom liked it.

    No! Absolutely not! It makes you a very smart quilter...choosing a project small enough that you can handle AND finish!

    Very nice job on this. I can see what you mom liked it. Good for you for trying to do the FMQ, you will find lots of uses for the learned technique.

    I don't see a problem.... it looks great! And it's finished, which is more than I can say for a lot of things I've started.
