For all of you out there that hasn't bitten the bullet and gone totally scrappy, get cutting up your scraps and join in the fun!

Thanks again, Grammy Dywnn for starting your scrap quilts topic, I don't think I would have been brave enough to do this without all the inspirational quilts posted, so thanks everyone
OH MY! I can honestly say that I wasn't a fan of the scrappy quilts until I saw this one. It's beautiful! Now I might have to break down and do one myself at some point. See what you've done? LOL! Thanks for sharing! :c)

OMG This is what makes me feel like a real amateur, I love scrappy quilts, The colors in yours are beautiful.
I always think of scrappy as just sewing scraps together period.

This IS just sewing scraps together, it only consists of 4 patches from 2" squares and HST's made easily by sewing 2 4" squares together!! Nothing difficult!! All you have to do is make sure you have a strong contrast between your fabrics, anything goes, it is the secondary overall pattern that makes it work I think!! Here is a picture of the first few 4 patches and HST's I made so you can see how simple it is

    :D :D :D

And here is a link to how I deal with intersections, as I never use pins!

I chain piece as much as possible too, which makes this altogether a really quick quilt to make
