    Thanks! Well I cut up lots of scraps during June/July and started sewing the 4 Patches and HST's on the 24th July...finished the top a few days ago so just over a month! It will finish around 88" square when its bound

    Just finished the backing, it's 92" square..phew ! I procrastinating much more with the back than I did with the front! I think as the pieces of fabric were so large, I felt compelled to try and match them LOL ....BUT it IS scrappy and I did use up a lot of older fabric and not so pretty fabric!

    I will try and get a decent photo of it tomorrow and let you all have a sneak peak

    Thanks again for all your fantastic compliments! I will be layering up this weekend and to complete it...I will no doubt be doing 'scrappy' free motion as this is rather a large quilt to squeeze through my Janome LOL
