    Default First try at FMQing

I took Leah Day's online Building Blocks FMQ lessons and here is my finished quilt. MANY mistakes, but I learned so much! Quilted on my vintage Singer 15-91.

Looks fine to me. Quilting is just the cooking. The more you make, the better you become.

Great learning quilt. You can be very proud of what you accomplished.

I think you did a good job. I've given up on FMQ's for a while. No matter how much I practice I can't get a consistent stitch length. I'm learning to quilt curves with my walking foot now and that is going well.

,wow! That is terrific! I just can't get the hang of it, can do straight line stuff on my 15-91 for baby quilts but that's it I send big ones out I get too frustrated I'm very impressed with what you did!!!!
