You can add batting and a loop and make them into hotpads. The instructions are in the book.

I didn't explain how I made the trivets very well.
I have put batting in them, maybe I should have
called them hot pads!! :D Thank you for all of

I'm just glad you enjoyed the process! I think it is so much fun but sometimes people are intimidated by seeing something that looks hard when it isn't! I think these are easier than making pieced tops. What did you think? They make a nice change from piecing patchwork.
