    I think it looks good. I was very nervous the first time I branched out from pantos too, but when I look back at that custom job, it's not so bad after all. I think you're being way too hard on yourself. Wait a couple of days and then look at it again. I think you'll find that it's pretty good after all.

    Oh,it doesn't look as bad as you think.Mctavishing is hard.I always have to do too much backtracking.

    Love the pattern and a great looking quilt. I am not a LAQ, so I don't know what McTavishing is. But it looks goood from here.

    Are you talking about the quilt in the pictures that I just looked at ???? To my eye & I am certainly not as experienced as most people on this board but it looks FABULOUS to me. If you don't like it, I will send you my address & you can send it to me !!!!!! LOL It is lovely.

    Color me dumb, but I don't even know what Mactavishing is, so the quilt looks perfectly fine to me!
