    Oooh I love this twister. That is what I do, with the scraps I just make a smaller twister quilt. Your template only needs to be 1-1/2inches smaller than your original fabric square, i.e. if you use 6inch squares, you need a 4-1/2inch template.

    They are so much fun and so easy to make. I have just completed one with a twister border, will post pics soon.
