Thanks everyone. Funny enough all the fabrics were in a fat quarter bundle thrown together at the LQS and I thought they would look pretty good together. Had to go back to find another piece of the fishy fabric because I needed more and the LQS yanked one out of another bundle just for me to have. :) The fabrics around the fish fabric all remind me of things to do with the fish habitat: sand, water,river rock, moss etc. and one of them is basketweave which makes me think of the older style baskets fly fishermen would use to put thier catch in. My hubby loves fishing but hasn't been able to go since we moved to AZ because there isn't rivers like he enjoys, anywhere close. I hope he likes it, I'm sure he will.
