Jilliane, looking good, it does change the look, but I like it, you did a great job, be proud of your salvage. No one need ever know, it's your secret & you created a nnew quilt layout.

2 blocks pointing in, by the way!

I'' m currently piecing a lone star myself, only as far as piecing star ppoints, next is setting. Keep your fingers crossed for me, ok!
I' ll post my version when done, errors too.

It was a pleasure helping you, & thanks again for the very nice PM.

Great fix. After all the work re-doing the star, turning those 2 blocks will be a cinch. I know, because I keep sewing blocks the wrong way round myself ;-) so I've had practice.

WOW! That's what I love about this Board .... no "problem" is beyond repair with all the experts to help us out ..... "Problems" are merely "challenges" to them....

    Kudos to you both!

Love Peg's idea to fix. I wouldn't have thought of that. Love your execution too - will definitely do the job. Well done.

Good solution! I tried to make a Lone Star a while ago and it looked like a "D" cup!. Gave up on it.
