I needed a last-minute baby shower gift so I took a piece of flannel and backed it with a piece of fleece. I quilted along the pattern of the flannel and did the binding as I normally do. I'm not sure it can be considered a real quilt, but it was quick, easy and cute.

Wonderful. We have several gals in our quilt ministry that do this type of "blanket" for our baby needs. So soft and cuddly.

What a great idea! I may need to store that in my memory for when I need a quick gift!

Beautiful, cuddly quilt! And yes, it is considered a real quilt. I think it's called a whole-cloth quilt?
