    Default Floating Diamonds

Finished up this quilt top this weekend. It is a graduation gift for our daughter's best friend. Her favorite color is pink and she loves tribal. This has been my most challenging top to date. It has 580 pieces and aside from the sashing, they are all diamonds, trapezoids, or triangles. It's not perfect and there are some alignment problems but I decided to leave them to remind her that like this quilt, people and life are not always perfect.

    Thanks for taking a look.

All that bias would have driven me out of my mind.

Very pretty! I like your pattern and the fabric choices are striking. She should love this.
