    Default Floral Log Cabin

I must be feeling brave to try to post my latest quilt. I saw this pattern on here when Karla posted her floral log cabins in quilts, wall hangings and tablerunners and fell in love. Started collecting floral fabrics as I found them on sale or clearance and assorted white tone on tones. Finally got it finished and quilted last week. She has been such a help and encouragement as I was working on it.

The strangest thing though, when I first got it back, I was disappointed in how it was quilted. I don't know if I was just over-excited about getting it finished or what. It took me a few days to think it through and come to the conclusion that I really do like it. And, I took it with me to my church quilting group to see what they thought too. Their positive reaction helped a bunch.

Anyway, this is it. The quilting pattern is butterflies in variegated thread.

Your colors are striking against that white background. Very pretty.
