    Colors are lovely! I just love making tablerunners. Much quicker and instant gratification.

    The blocks are 6.5" before sewn together. Any log cabin pattern will do--if you want curves, just make the light side more narrow. I like the pattern I came up with because I can stop adding strips when I'm at the size I want--and it looks good. But--any pattern will do. ;)[/quote]

    What a gorgeous job, Karla. I would never have put the blues and oranges together but when I saw your first floral log cabin, I just couldn't resist. I'm going to make one into a table runner now. Thank you for such inspiration. Those are beautiful.

    Karla - I remember your original table runner - these are pretty too! :thumbup: It seems like it takes a while to find nice florals because so many floral pattern are in the retro style. I'm collecting but not finding a lot of what I like - those sweet Victorian florals in pinks and blues. (Maybe I'm not looking at the right place or wanting to pay more for them!)
