It is a beautiful, colorful quilt. A quilt to snuggle under when you have moments of missing your dad and need to be close to him.

The love of making it, giving it, and receiving it back is apparent. Very colorful and uplifting for one who is ill. Nice choice for the backing. I'm sure seeing it brings many memories of years with your dad.

Glad you posted the pic, finally. Its good you gave that to your dad. I wasn't quilting yet before mine died. I am sure there is a great deal of satisfaction in giving a quilt to your father.
