    Thank you. Looking at this closely can see I need to balance the fmq better

    Quilting looks a little busy This quilt lends itself to lighter quilting - possibly less is more on this one

    Good practice though.

    Great quilt. Love the DRunkard Path layout and that you let them be the focus and did not do too much FMQon them. BTW, great job of quilting.

    I love your scrappy piecing. Great FM!! I try to quilt some new design every time. It helps me sometimes to draw it out on paper first. One blog I follow suggested using a sharpie not a pen. I also practice on a sample piece. My daughter told me she uses a different sampler square each time she practices and she intends on using all her practice pieces in a quilt one day to show her progress.
