    The pink side is tube quilting (tutorial on Missouri Star quilt Co. you tube). The scrappy stars side is called Layered Stars, you can buy the pattern on the Clothide web site, but I just broke down the block and figured it out myself. Each complete star block is made of 4 blocks, 2 hst's and 2 squares, with a strip on 2 sides, making the outside corner....My squares measured 2 1/2" cut. My strips were 2" cut.

    I never use the high speed on my machine except for filling bobbins.
    Too many problems at high.
    Medium seems to work fine.
    Now with the serger, that is a whole nother story.

    I love both sides!! I especially like that orange square toward the center, the pattern looks like a smiley face.

    Very nice. My Mom is half way done with her quilt that is of the same pattern. Now I think it's time for me to try it.
