    Default FMQing Practice

Still needs a lot of work, but it looked better by the end than it did in the beginning!

The backing in the second quilt isn't stained--just a mottled fabric.

I applaud your FMQ. I am still doing baby steps with my FMQ. All I am willing to do at this point in time, is just the borders. I still do SID in the body of my quilt. I know it takes practice and I would say that you are moving right along with your practice. Keep up the good work.

Yeah for you. Keep going. It is really a matter of practice which gives you confidence. The quilting is my favorite part of doing a quilt.

Oh, that looks good! You are way ahead of me, as I have yet to try FMQ, and I may never get that brave! Hot Rod would approve!

Looking good! Seems like it ought to be so easy just to glide along in curves, but it sure isn't!
