Yes I am. I'm telling ya, heart surgery can really take a lot out of you. I was in the hospital for a week and then a nursing home for 2 to 3 wqeeeks. The theraphy was a must, but I did not like being there. I'm feeling so much better now and I can lay on my side now too. It'll be at least another month before I can do any thing heavey, but not too much. Going to be working small projects and take it easy for here on. My cardiologist referred me to cardiac theraphy and there are some free senimars 3 times aweek so I will go and I really do need help on the nutrician and exercise and things like that so I can enroll in those. Have a great day, Huggies, Fay
