The patterns are here: http://quiltwithdonna.com/foldystuffpageb.html You really do need the pattern for the transfers as well as instructions. My quilt guild did a class last year and many members used the Pineapple blocks to make beautiful table runners.
I have a WIP of 20 scrappy blocks of the Courthouse Steps pattern. So easy and relaxing...just fold and sew!
