    Hey, you could submit your scalloped edge technique as a tip to the quilt mags. Who needs expensive templates?? :wink: :mrgreen:

    Thats really cute Terri! I'm glad you explained how you did that scallop...it was my next question :roll: Sounds like a great way to do it to me....buy templates?? Who me??? Nawwwwwww...Good job girl!

    It's a Dresden Plate. I used the template that Rhonda sent. Worked great! I do suggest that you "mark" the template for easier finding on your table. Ask me how I know this? lol Using the template was quick and easy and I had fun making it.

    I repurpose TONS of things in the house.
    I have these clips that I bought so I could clamp down my quilts while laying them out. Well, one day I was in my room and I was hot, hot, hot, so I reached over, grabbed a clip and used it to hold my hair up. Sure, I looked like a monster with hair sticking out all over the place, but it worked! lol
    I meant to all too....I used the bottom of my glue bottle for the circles for the middle of the plates. :)
