    Default A forgotten quilt

When I had just started quilting and was finely brave enough to share my work with others, I made a baby quilt for a colleague's new daughter. I have not seen my friend in awhile until this week. While catching up, she mentioned that her daughter has become quite attached to the quilt I had made her. I was so pleased but I could not even remember what the quilt looked like. She sent me a photo that I am sharing with my board friends today. A little blessing was returned well loved and is now an official comfort blankie.

That is such a nice story and one to make you feel comforted also. To know someone loves the quilt you made for them is such a blessing.

Very pretty, great colors. I remember all 100 quilts I have made plus lots of comforters and 8 or so biscuit quilts. I have given away most of them, I do have lists of everything I have made.
