    Very interesting, will definitely take note of your suggestions about not prewashing & paying attention to the cutting. Thanks for the heads up, and I'm sure it will be delightful when finished and something to be proud of for sure!

    This is beautiful! I've never been tempted to buy a pattern book before (yet) since I'm a bit of a rebel and like to wing it, more or less. But I just might have to get this one, what a wonderful technique! You've done a great job in spite of the growing pains along the way.
