Yes and brother said I ought to go around another time and make TX outline thicker but then said "its ok like it is". I like it shiny but subtle. Now I have 3 more placemats and 3 more coasters to go.

Am on BlackBerry for we are driving but I did see "The Main House" for retreats yesterday. www.creations-online.com

Have you ever seen Camp Waldemar on the Guadalupe?

No to the Guadalupe. And I got out of the Kerrville quilt show too late to tour the new retreat facility. But Sandy went while I was working at the show and she said it was really great.

Your placemats and coasters look great. I went to the Kerrville Creations Retreat house the last time I was there to see the inside it's beatiful.

A beautiful place also is Camp Waldemar. www.waldemar.com
On the Guadalupe River outside Kerrville at either Ingram or Hunt. It is a girl's camp in summer but it is so serene.

It was nice meeting you, Martha Helen. We will do it again, and maybe even a retreat. I did drive on to Creations and their Main House sounds wonderful. I signed up for their online newsletter and there is a picture of some ladies sewing. www.creations-online.com is their website and they are having a sewing retreat in early July.

    Hey Moosegirl,
When I left Kerrville (Creations) instead of going back through Fredericksburg back to Austin, I went by way of Comfort. That was the most beautiful drive on Hwy 27 from Kerrville to Comfort. I cut off at Sisterdale to head back to US Hwy 290. What beautiful country. PM me or Stacey when you are coming. There is going to be a big Quilt Across Texas Shop Hop the whole month of September.

Yes, Moosegirl, we would love to have you join one of our get togethers. Please let us know when you will be here. We will build one around you. That's what we did with Lalaland from Ca.

Ladies that would be wonderful, I'll PM if I get some arrangements made for the fall. My daughter does the medieval fairs in TX, MI, CO & WI so I have to check with her schedule. Moosegirl
